As the CHRO of Bisnode I want to work with a team of tech-savvy HR Leads who can help Bisnode deliver a superior candidate and workforce experience whilst creating workforce insight and value for the business throughout our markets. Our role is to create an environment where a diverse crowd of innovative and passionate people can work together and be their very best. This is a team effort and I am about to put that team together. The team will consist of me and three colleagues who together with our Regional HR-superstars, will make HR rock at Bisnode.
Read the description below and if you feel that you have competencies in 2-3 areas and share our passion for data and analytics you are welcome to send us your application. Depending on who applies we will customize the roles accordingly. Each individual will work with at least two areas
1. HR Partner
Your role is to collaborate with line management and provide daily HR guidance to them. Whether you coach our managers on how to manage their teams, if you support them in specific cases or implement a HR program, you will do that with the customer in focus and with simplicity and clarification in mind. We are especially interested if you have experience from working in an agile tech or product development environment.
2. Sustainability Lead
In the role as Sustainability Lead, you are responsible for managing, controlling, and guiding the corporate sustainability process. Your tasks include compiling our annual Sustainability Report in accordance with the GRI-standards and driving awareness and engagement of sustainability across Bisnode. As Group Sustainability Lead you will also lead Bisnode in fostering a workplace free from discrimination and full of diversity.
3. HR Program Lead
In the role as HR Program Lead you will drive continuous improvements within HR. You will review our way of working and hence partnering with our regional and country HR teams to identify, initiate and ensure the implementation and follow-up of our common HR-programs, processes and initiatives. Your task is to deliver HR solutions based on insightful analytics enabling simplicity, efficiency and speed and with "One Bisnode" in mind.
4. Talent Lead
As Talent Lead, you will develop, implement and lead full cycle recruiting process, collaborating with our regions to understand their hiring needs and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout Bisnode.
What is expected from you?
You are passionately interested in the development of People & Organization. You have experience in implementing, or from working in a company with, a strong corporate culture and have a vivid interest in the world of data and analytics and digitalization. You have an academic degree in a relevant field and 5-7 years of documented experience working with one or more of the areas above.
